Are you sick of waking up alone

You know it can be so lonely waking up by yourself after you had spent 20 years waking up next to someone you love. I think that is why it is so hard for me to find the right person now. I was so use to being with the one I fell in love with the first time. Now I compare all the women I meet to my ex-wife. I think I need to set new standards if I am ever going to find a new mate.

Some times it is hard to believe that I am 47 and looking for someone special again. The things I wanted in a woman when I was 21 can not be what I look for now even if that is what I want. For one thing the chance of finding a cute little thing is pretty much impossible. I do want to find someone that I am psychically attracted to as well as emotionally connected to.
